While there is no doubt that exercise and good food habits are the bed rocks for good health, we also should not underestimate the importance of relieving stress and being happy. In today’s world stress is a big killer and it causes damage silently without our knowing it. Hence you must find some ways to overcome this problem and travelling is often considered to be a great stress buster.
